Application of Intelligent Remote Control Vacuum Circuit Breaker

The minrong ZW32-12 intelligent remote control vacuum circuit breaker is designed specifically for 12kV three-phase AC 50Hz power systems. Its core functions include breaking/closing load current, overload current, and short-circuit current, and it relies on an intelligent controller to achieve remote operation and automation protection. Its technological breakthroughs are mainly reflected in:

 

1. Adopting a permanent magnet operating mechanism, the components of the mechanism do not wear out, and the mechanical life can reach 30000 times, which is three times that of ordinary spring mechanisms. Eliminating traditional mechanical locking devices and reducing the number of parts by over 70%, truly achieving maintenance free operation.

 

2. Intelligent controller integration: equipped with three-stage protection (quick break, overcurrent, grounding) and 0-3 automatic reclosing. There is an RS-485 communication interface that can achieve telemetry, remote signaling, remote control, and remote adjustment.

Main application scenario analysis

 

1. Segmentation and fault isolation of urban and rural power grids

 

Rural and urban power grid protection: installed as pole mounted switches on 10kV overhead lines to achieve segmented control of load current. When the line fails, it automatically trips and locks to isolate the faulty section, quickly restoring power to non faulty areas and reducing the scope of power outages.

 

Boundary circuit breaker function: deployed at the user responsibility boundary point, accurately locates single-phase grounding or short-circuit faults, actively reports information to the management Terminal, and shortens repair time.

 

2. Adaptation of new energy to complex environments

 

High temperature and humid areas: The fully enclosed structure combined with silicone rubber composite insulation material is moisture-proof and anti condensation, suitable for environments ranging from -40 to+55 , and the pollution level can reach level IV.

Small hydropower grid connection protection: Install voltage transformers (PT) to monitor the line voltage, automatically disconnect under/over voltage lines, and ensure the safety of the main power grid.

 

3. Upgrade of distribution network automation

 

Recloser system: Cooperate with the controller to form an automatic recloser, eliminate the impact of instantaneous faults (such as lightning strikes), and isolate permanent fault sections.

 

Distributed intelligence: By accessing the scheduling system through fiber optic or wireless communication, load monitoring, remote parameter tuning, and fault warning can be achieved.
